CEO Round-table, Breaking the Media Blockade, Part I

January 28, 2006, Source: http://tinyurl.com/cfneb

Major Media is in the pocket of Wall Street. Nobody is going to "knowingly" permit a Patrick Byrne, a Richard Altomare, or a Rodney Young, to appear on National TV and inform the Main Street public about perpetual, RICO Act class fraud that occurs in our markets on a daily basis. It's not going to happen. Not yet anyway; it's time to go back to our roots to resolve this issue.

I propose a periodic CEO Round-table discussion, on LOCAL network channels. The theme would be "CEO Round-table, Market Reform" or something to that effect. For this one operation, I suggest we "tone it down a bit" in an effort to "get a foot in the door".

I am suggesting that every other element, of our plan to expose illegal electronic stock counterfeiting, should be left in high gear, including those attempts at interviews on national television. In addition, the CEO Round-table should seek a toned down "Market Reform" approach to winning interviews on LOCAL television network affiliates that have far more latitude in programming decisions than their national counterparts. We might even utilize an approach that does not lead-in with the taboo “market reform” message at all. The interview should ultimately steer and arrive there, and it will be effective.

On the national level, NBC does what General Electric tells them to. On the LOCAL level, the affiliate does what they want to. Have you ever watched the small town mayor, or food bank operator, talk on your LOCAL network affiliate channel on Saturday or Sunday? This occurs in all markets, not necessarily obscure markets where you won't be heard.

Do you think these network affiliates, with a local interest, would consider interviewing a Patrick Byrne, a Richard Altomare, or a Rodney Young? What if one or two of these gentlemen interview in their hometown first, perhaps solo to get a foot in the door? There's a local point of interest... What if this CEO group interviews together occasionally? What if they invite a few quests to accompany them? Perhaps a few Main Street investors that got fed up with the fraud on Wall Street, and started doing something about it? How about a Dave Patch, or say, a Mark Faulk? How about the three CEO's, along with one or two of the fed-up investors? How would that work? I think it would work wonders.

Bring it back to the LOCAL level. And, don’t stop with television; meet with your LOCAL newspaper writers as well. Other media may "catch on" and want to be a part of it. Nobody wants to be the first at anything in the major media today, that territory is simply too high-risk for them. The days of being a pioneer, in major broadcast media, are over. Once a few LOCAL affiliates interview the CEO round-table, others may follow suit...but only up to that point where the mother-ship starts calling, threatening sanctions against their local affiliates. By then, the message of truth may be unstoppable. A veritable freight train of momentum.

The question now is not “Can we make it happen”? The question is “Will we make it happen”?

Sincerely,

American Investor
Main Street, USA

What about a "Malls across America" as well.

If we could come up with a one page flyer, that in its most basic sense could get people to at least open their eyes, then we could take turns each weekend setting up a table at malls and other local establishments.

There are hundreds of ways to reach America . . . The time is now to start doing so. ;D
